Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Pre-orders, handmade jewelry, or custom items may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be listed in the product description.

Wrong Address Policy

 


If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect:

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may choose to:

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 


Once a package is shipped, Cosmic Universal Babe is not responsible for:

 

  • Postal delays

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Lost or stolen items

 


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

 

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Check alternate doors or mail rooms.

  3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number.

 


If the carrier confirms a delivery error, contact me and I will do my best to help.

Damaged Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, please email within 72 hours with:

 

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

 


I will gladly replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.
